This Refund & Returns Policy explains how BioFit handles order issues related to disposable pens, peptide research materials, damaged shipments, incorrect items, and delivery-related concerns. Due to the specialized nature of peptide research materials, all sales are final.
1. Policy Overview
All disposable pens, peptide research materials purchased through BioFit are sold as final sale items. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.
Because disposable pens, peptide research materials require controlled handling, storage, and product integrity safeguards, returned items cannot be accepted or restocked under any circumstances. In limited cases involving damaged shipments, incorrect items, or confirmed carrier issues, our team may review the matter for replacement or reshipment support at our sole discretion.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For safety, quality-control, and research-integrity reasons, disposable pens and peptide research materials cannot be returned once shipped.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit:
Opened, used, handled, or altered peptide research materials
Products stored improperly after delivery
Orders submitted incorrectly by the customer
Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or order misunderstanding
Claims related to improper handling, storage, use, or disposal after delivery
Requests involving non-research use, human use, animal use, or consumer application
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipping stages, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact BioFit within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
To help us review the issue efficiently, please include:
Your order number
Photos of the shipping label
Images of the package condition
Clear photos of the affected item(s)
A brief description of the issue
After review, BioFit may approve a replacement shipment or another support resolution depending on the circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of our support team.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Issues
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, BioFit will review carrier tracking information and shipment details before determining the next steps.
If a package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, BioFit may review eligibility for reshipment support. Refunds are not provided for peptide research material orders.
Carrier delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, access issues, or carrier operational volume do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
5. Order Cancellations
Requests for order cancellation or modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, packaging, or shipping stages, cancellations, edits, address changes, or product changes may no longer be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
BioFit does not offer refunds for disposable pens, peptide research material orders. All sales are final.
Any support provided for verified shipment damage, incorrect items, or confirmed carrier issues will be reviewed individually and may be handled through replacement or reshipment support only, at the sole discretion of BioFit .
